News and stories UF news TATE Modern Art Contest 2018 - THE RESULTS! 33 pieces of art were entered into the contest on this year’s theme titled “The art of Pollution” at Leytonstone Learning Link. Of these, 20 won a place to be displayed at the prestigious TATE Modern event on 26th June 2018. The decision was made from the votes of three judges plus from a public vote. A big thank you to Cllr Sally Littlejohn, Mayor of Waltham Forest for coming to the event, Alan Ollier-Thompson, Head of Adult Learning for hosting, Andrea Lippitt, Adam Wright and Marcus Dicky Horley for judging the contest and to all who entered the contest. The standard was very high and their were some very strong pieces on the theme. The judges had some very difficult decisions to make!
